A 30-year Sonoma County resident, Mark Stornetta focuses on vineyard, ranch and estate property sales while also using his extensive knowledge of the wine country residential market.
Stornetta earned his B.S. degree in agricultural business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, then spent nine years as a Farm Credit loan officer and branch manager in Sonoma Valley before joining Glen Ellen Winery as a general partner and CFO.
After seven years helping to create a whole new wine category, “fighting varietals,” he opened Stornetta & Associates, providing strategic planning, team building and revenue enhancement for some 34 local businesses. Mark also served as CFO of Vineburg LLC, repositioning a prominent wine brand and expanding direct marketing. In 2004, he earned his broker’s license. Most recently, he was the selling agent for the 256 acre Nicholas Turkey Ranch.
Mark’s long-term relationships, financial experience and negotiating and problem-solving abilities make him uniquely suited to serving his clients. “Keeping my client’s best interest in mind is what I do best,” he says.

Nicki Germaine Naylor has been actively involved in the Sonoma and Napa real estate community since 1989. Nicki recently helped to spearhead the opening of the Alain Pinel Realtors Wine County in Sonoma.
Formerly associated with Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate, year after year she received national recognition as one of the Top Ten Individual Producers of GMAC Real Estate Services most recently earning the Number One Individual Producer for 2008 for Pacific Union GMAC. Her real estate team was named Number One in sales Team for 2006 which is GMAC’s highest national distinction. They also received the distinction as one of the top ten sales teams nationally in 2007. She is well known for specializing in country properties including ranches, estates and vineyards from the Sonoma Coast to the Napa Valley. Nicki attributes much of her success to a thorough education of the issues facing country properties along with a genuine love of the land.

brings a unique intuitive perspective to understanding the client’s needs. She is widely
regarded for her attention to detail, communication and negotiating skills, as well as her
